This month, we reviewed summer or winter cookbooks - depending on where in the world you live. Given we’re in the middle of summer, my choice was an old fave - Delia Smith’s Summer Collection, by Delia Smith.
Published in 1993, Summer Collection was one of the first real cookbooks I bought. It’s fair to say that, as I worked my way through it, Delia taught me to cook.
You’ll find my review here, (and the link to the best capiscum starter…) but drop by the linky and check what others are cooking.
Next month: The season is changing, so let’s dig into our libraries for something seasonal. I’ll be cooking from The Farm Table by Julius Roberts, but there are plenty of by-the-season books are out there for you to choose from. I will, however, be in the UK without a kitchen, so my review will be written in February and scheduled. The link will be open on March 19.
I love Delia!!
