Hi, Jo - I greatly enjoyed our recent bookclub discussions. Thank you for taking the lead in our book club podcasts. Your editing is far from 'cruddy.'
I have my library app and goodreads open also Jo. I have put Same Time Next Week on my list. I've become a fan of cozy novels due to your recommendations. I read the first in the Lexi Winter series. Thanks for the reminder to get to book 2. Looking forward to your book podcast.
Yes Jo I always have my library apps handy when I read these posts too! Some great recommendations which I've added via BorrowBox and the local library. Thanks for always being a great co-host and for organising us for our new podcast which is more fun than i thought it would be!
Geneva sounds right up my alley... and I love, love Nicola Walker. I don't usually listen to audio books (like never) but I just might change my mind to hear her narrate.
I'm glad that Michael Mosley's son is continuing his father's research. I have a couple of friends on GLPs and I hope they thoroughly understand the drug and the science behind it. It sounds like Food Noise should be required reading for anyone considering it.
Lots to choose from this month, Jo. I've not read any of your suggestions apart from our Book Club choices. Thanks for organising the podcast - I'm loving this project and our discussions. x
These sound interesting! I haven't heard of any of them so it's always fun to find new ones to add to my TBR list.

Wow, very complete reviews. Congratulations on your book club podcast. What a great idea.
I loved Geneva! Very exciting. I look forward to the dramatisation. Also interested in the food noise book.

Thanks for the recommendation of a new (to me) series. All four books are in the library up here - and if I don’t finish them I’ll borrow at home.
I should have said the Lexi Winter series by Sarah Barrie 😒
I read that ann cleeves book too last week - not bad. And i love Wooster or anything Wodehouse really!
cheers

Oh glad you picked up two of the books I enjoyed last month! I used to read a lot of PG Wodehouse but haven't done for years. Maybe time again?
Oh wow; that first one does sound amazing!
